Kevin DeWine

Kevin DeWine (born 1967) is an American politician of the Republican party. He is a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, currently serving the 70th district, which includes Xenia, Fairborn, and Beavercreek. He is the Majority Whip. Kevin is currently serving in his fourth term. He is also Speaker Pro Tempore as elected in the Ohio House of Representatives as of January of 2007.
Kevin graduated from Fairborn High School in 1986, received his BS in Business from the University of Dayton in 1990, and an MBA from Wright State University [1] in 1996. The DeWine family resides in Fairborn, Ohio.
Before holding public office, Kevin was a regional development manager for the Dayton Power and Light Company.
Kevin is the second cousin of R. Michael DeWine, a former U.S. senator from Ohio.[2]
