Kevin Marschall Gregg (born in Corvallis, Oregon on June 20, 1978) is a pitcher with the Florida Marlins.

Gregg attended Corvallis High School in Corvallis, Oregon and starred in football, basketball and baseball.

He was drafted in the 15th round of the 1996 MLB Draft (435th overall) by the Oakland Athletics. On October 15, 2002 he was granted Free Agency and signed as Free Agent with Angels on November 20, 2002. He made is major league debut with the Anaheim Angels on August 9, 2003. On November 20, 2006 he was traded to the Florida Marlins for Chris Resop.
