Kevin Johnson (football player)

Kevin L. Johnson (born July 15, 1976) is a National Football League wide receiver for the Detroit Lions. Kevin was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the second round in 1999. He played for the Browns until 2002, when he was cut mid-season by head coach Paul Hilton "Butch" Davis. He was subsequently claimed by 16 teams, and awarded to the Jaguars. He was then traded to the Ravens, and 1 year later signed a free agent contract with the Lions. He is a free agent, most recently working out for the Patriots. He currently resides in the small farm town of Columbus, NJ.
