Kevin Michael Quigley
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kevin Michael Quigley is an American stand-up comedian and actor. Born September 24, 1991 in Appleton, Wisconsin, he is the youngest person to ever win the Canadian New Comics Award, doing it at the age of 15. He began doing stand-up in his middle school cafeteria for his friends and anyone who listened. His act was completly improved everytime he did it, and he would often times perform while eating at the same time.
His teachers didn't have a problem with the comedy, as it was more or less clean, and Quigley says he "...just talked quieter when the jokes got a little fuzzy for their taste"
Quigley moved on to doing small shows for his church, as well as a short stand-up show at the Skyline Comedy Club, ironically just a block from his house. When he turned 15, Kevin was elligible for more clubs and is currently running a 27 show a year tour. Incredibly small for any comedian, the tour allows him to perform only on weekends, and only in the spring and summer vacations as he is still attending high school.
