Кey Industry Engineering Group s.r.o. is an international industrial process-engineering and investment company. The mission of KIE is the promotion of innovative, ecologically-friendly technologies for refining hydrocarbon materials and wastes from the oil refining and chemical industries. KIE currently employs more than 50 technology specialists. KIE headquarters is in California, and it is registered in Russia, Byelorussia, Mongolia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and South America.

Scientific Software Development
KIE develops software systems to manage the integration of its technological processes in plants. KIE uses both the software of leading world companies (for example, PROII), and its own proprietary software. KIE implements all of its industrial systems with automation programs that control every step of the process, to detect problems and resolve them efficiently. The process includes voice recognition in every module to measure pressure and temperature, and to inform specialists about possible equipment failures. The company is currently working on development of software for both new and existing plants. If your plant requires process automation for improvements of industrial efficiency, KIE will be happy to work with you.

Technical designs and documentation for restructured and new technological units and productions
New Technology Integration
The company is implementing a development of new technologies in collaboration with Tseosit, Siberian Department of Russian Academy of Science, and several other scientific and technical centers. The company has a department for the extension and development of new technologies. The majority of the projects focus on further processing of wastes and petroleum co-products, as well as production of ecologically-improved gasoline and diesel fuel.
Construction and Equipment Installation / Automation
In addition to process-engineering of industrial projects, KIE is involved in construction, assembling, and automation. Our production division implements construction and assembly projects (set up and upgrades), and provides service maintenance of the automatic process control systems.
Financing Consulting
The company provides the following services: general technological auditing of enterprises, preparation of initial engineering data, evaluation of technical proposals and project designs, feasibility study counseling of investment strategies, project management, introduction of ISO 9001-2000 in engineering organizations and project entities
For the purpose of prospective technical and economic assessment, KIE can help with attracting investments or providing partial investment. Project details depend on your specific technology needs as well as your investment needs. KIE is successfully collaborating with American, European and Russian investors. Practically all implemented projects were based on three-party financing.

Mini-plant in Belorussia
Key is at the final stage of completion of process design and engineering for BelltransOil, Brest city, Byelorussia for the turn-key mini oil refinery based on Zeoforming and Fuel Oil Cracking (FOC) technology. The project budget without any planned expansion is around $30M. The project implementation began in August, 2005 with plans to be completed by the middle of 2008. The shipment of the equipment, construction and installation should start taking place in early spring of 2007. Today, BelltransOil and KEY are in the process of discussion an additional module processing natural gas into naphtha-like product via Zeosin technology which will practically double the processing capacity of the factory.
Mini-plant in Ingush Republic
The KIE is on the eve of launching a mini oil refinery in the Ingush Republic. Our technology for atmospheric distillation and automation of this plant has already been used as long ago as 1995 for the mini oil refinery plant in the city of Orlovka, Kyrgyzstan. The plant in Ingush Republic is based on innovative technology for atmospheric distillation, and the Tirus module will be added to it in 2006. Below is the list of photographs and schemes of the plant.
Mini-plant in Mongolia
In 2004 the KIE put in commission a mini oil refining plant in Mongolia. The plant is based on atmospheric processing/distillation. The plant is successfully operating for over a year.

[edit] Molten Salt Oxidation Process (MSOP)" Technology
MSOP is ecologically safe and improved method to consume and process hard human waste, sewage, organic and non-organic waste, and other kinds of wastes. The process takes place in an all-closed reactor with the use of melted and salt liquid, in which all materials (including those radio active) separate into synthetic gas, H2, and H20. End product of the reactor is synthetic gas which can further be used to produce electricity, gasoline through gas-synthesis, bio diesel, bio gasoline A-95, and other energy products.

Production of high-octane lead-free gasoline and LPG from strait run gasoline.

Production of liquefied high octane gasoline from synthetic gas (g2l, syngas-to-gasoline).
