From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kids' Ten Commandments (often abbreviated as K*10*C) is a direct-to-video five part series that makes both teaching and learning the principles of the Ten Commandments fun and engaging. The concepts are presented through the experiences of a fictious 11-year old boy named Seth. He and his friends, including a group of animals, each with their own personality and perspective, interact with the Bible characters such as Moses.
Each episode includes two original songs and combines both 2-D and 3-D animation that captures the attention of both preschool and elementary-aged children. After the release of the DVDs, the producers also created supplementary learning material including lesson plans, board games, puzzles, and music videos to help educators create character education curriculum utilizing the video programs.
The series was directed by Richard Rich and written and produced by Emmy Award winning George Taweel and Rob Loos, who also produced the Award winning series The Adventures of McGee and Me. The series features the voice talents of award-winning stars including Tom Bosley, John Schneider, George Newbern, Lou Diamond Phillips, Rene Auberjonois, and Tim Curry.
