Prachaksinlapakhom (Thai: ประจักษ์ศิลปาคม) is a minor district (King Amphoe) in the central part of Udon Thani Province, northeastern Thailand.

Neighboring districts are (from the north clockwise) Nong Han, Ku Kaeo, Kumphawapi and Mueang Udon Thani.

The minor district was established on June 1 1997 by splitting it from Kumphawapi district. It began operation on July 1 1997.

The district is subdivided into 3 communes (tambon), which are further subdivided into 41 villages (muban). There are no municipal (thesaban) areas, and 3 Tambon administrative organizations (TAO).
