Kismat Talkies is a forthcoming Hindi film to be directed by debutant director, Zoya Akhtar. It stars Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor in pivotal roles. The film's score and soundtrack will be composed by the acclaimed musical trio, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy with lyrics by Javed Akhtar. Cinematography for the movie is handled by Ravi K. Chandran whilst editing is handled by A. Sreekar Prasad. Shooting for the film will begin in December at various locations in India.

- This will be the fifth time Hrithik Roshan and Kareena Kapoor are being paired opposite each other after their previous release Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon which released in 2003.
- This will be the first time for Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan to be directed by a woman.
- It is rumored that hrithik opted out of the film after wanting too much script changes and so when Kareena heard she opted out aswell.
