My name is Kim Siever, and I live in Lethbridge, Alberta. I grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, where I lived from when I was 4 until I was 16. My family moved to the Vancouver area shortly before I turned 16. I moved to Lethbridge in 1998. I have been married for over 11 years and have three children. In 2001, I ran for a seat on the Lethbridge City Council, and finished with nearly 1,000 votes.

I work at the University of Lethbridge doing asset management for the Faculty of Management. This requires me to receive new inventory, maintain current inventory records for all technology-related equipment (roughly 1,000 items in three cities worth collectively over $500,000), oversee the salvage of old equipment, develop policy manuals and oversee annual inventory counts and occasional audits.
