Float around until you find something that tickles your fancy. One easy way to do this is to hit the random page button in the navigation bar to the left. Additionally, the Community Portal offers a more structured way to become acquainted with the many great committees and groups that focus on specific tasks. My personal favorite stomping grounds are Wikipedia:Translation into English as well as the cleanup, welcoming, and counter-vandalism committees. The problem with the conclusion as it was written is that is was merely a quote from a news source. There's no need for an encyclopedia to just rehash a long quotation from a paper or magazine. A conclusion for that article will be quite hard to write objectively, it would likely only say that "x number of people were arrested," "no terrorism occured despite a number of threats," and stuff like that. But as it was, its just a reposting of someone elses quote and wikipedia isn't the place to repost news articles. If you can use it as a source, or provide information that is verifiable then that's one thing, but as it was the conclusion served no purpose other than to quote a newspaper. - The article isn't about the tourists experiences at the world cup, its about the concerns leading up to the world cup. You'll notice that source you asked me about is quoting the German Intelligence agencies about neo-nazi's, i'd say they're as reputable as the interior minister. My objection is that the conclusion, as it was written, was simply reposting an article, rather than encyclopedic writing and gathering of facts from many sources and combining them into one article. If you can do that then great I would encourage you to do it, but simply cutting and pasting an article isn't encyclopedic, it would be more so to just put a link to the article and let the reader look at it in it's original form.
