KNME is a television station based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Located in a valley west of the Sandia mountains, KNME-TV is just east of the mighty Rio Grande. It is a PBS station, and broadcasts on channel 5. With an emphasis on high quality documentaries, shorts and weekly series that reflect the culture and political sensibilities of New Mexico, KNME illuminates and exemplifies the rich cultural heritage of the Land of Enchantment.

KNME produces several television programs, including:
- ¡Colores! - a documentary series devoted to the art, culture, and history of New Mexico. Distributed nationally, the series is carried on over 35 PBS stations.
- IN FOCUS - a weekly public affairs newsmagazine
- The Line - a weekly public affairs forum (premiered October 7, 2005)
- Stateline New Mexico - a live monthly call-in program featuring New Mexico leaders.

KNME also operates the satellite service WestLink ([1]), which shares programming with other public television stations and several commercial clients. Satellite interviews from New Mexico on news networks like CNN often originate at KNME.

KNME also operates TALNET, the educational access cable channel for Albuquerque. It broadcasts a mix of PBS programming and local school board meetings on Comcast cable channel 96 in Albuquerque.
TALNET's name is an acronym for Teach and Learn Network.
