Koinange Street is a busy street in the city of Nairobi, Kenya. It is a major Red-light district in Kenya
By day, Koinage street is a very respectable street with businesses like banks , hotels malls, electonic shops, filling stations etc. But by night it turns into a Red Light District. Prostitution is illegal in Kenya by law if somebody is found practicing or soliciting he/she is bound for prosecution this however is not seriously taken by the law enforcers. They have been known to carry out arresting operations when they feel like.
