Kompe

Kompe is a traditional Norwegian dish from the south of Norway (primarily the provinces of Aust-Agder and Vest-Agder). It consists of potato shavings, salted lamb, wheat flour and sometimes potato flour. This traditional dish has different names and slight variations (such as komle and raspeball) depending upon from where in Norway the recipe is sourced.
