Kosuke Kindaichi

Kosuke Kindaichi (金田一耕助 Kindaichi Kōsuke) is a famous Japanese detective created by Seishi Yokomizo, a renowned mystery novelist.
Hajime Kindaichi (金田一一 Kindaichi Hajime), the main character of Kindaichi Case Files, is depicted as the grandson of Kosuke Kindaichi, without permission of Yokomizo's family. It's stated in one of Yokomizo's book, The Masked Party (化装舞会). It mentioned that, Kosuke Kindaichi would often goes on summer vacation with his wife, son & daughter-in-law, in a vacation mansion owned by his senior (南条诚一郎) in high school.
