Talk:KQED

To whomever created the template at the bottom of this page of Bay Area TV stations (I can't figure out how to edit it), it should be KTVU for Channel 2, not "KTUV." Moncrief 05:05, Feb 10, 2005 (UTC)
- The template is at Template:SF TV. If you go to edit the page, just under the textarea box, there is a list of templates used in the page. --ChrisRuvolo 08:44, 10 Feb 2005 (UTC)
- Looks like you fixed it. Thanks. Now I know how to get into templates. Appreciate it. Moncrief 09:52, Feb 10, 2005 (UTC)
[edit] NewsHour
Just a note: The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer is broadcast simultaneously on KQED radio and TV. No delay whatsoever--I wonder how they do that.
- Why not? I listen to it on the radio most of the time and its rare that i feel i am missing significant information with seeing it. John (Jwy) 03:50, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

- I think the question was how, not why. And I have no idea, but it's cool, because it means I can hear it on the radio when I walk into the kitchen or my room and on TV when I walk into the living room. — Emiellaiendiay 05:52, 12 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Founding
Was it founded in 1954 or 1969? The article makes both claims. -Branddobbe 07:28, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
- KQED radio was founded 1969. The TV station was 1954. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 16:04, 24 January 2007 (UTC)
