The author of the image : Niels Plaumann agreed to publish it under GNU ten month ago [1] responding to a request. The author forgot to change the official status when he was unaware about Wikipedia policy. There is no copyright violation since the author agreed to release the image to public domain. 84.189.115.98 11:53, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
