Kristen Zaik grew up in Palmer, Massachusetts where her acting and modeling career took off. She got hooked on dance at the age of 5 and, since then, her career in the spotlight hasn't stopped growing. She moved to Los Angeles, California in 2003 to live closer to the action, she has been living there ever since.

Kristen Zaik attended Palmer High School where her she was able to expand her interests in the theater arts and music. She was in several productions and a participated in the Western Mass Choral Group.
After high school she attended University of Massachusetts Boston from 2000-2003 receiving a Bachelors degree in Theater Arts.

Ms. Zaik has been involved in a number of productions such as Stolen Souls, Vampires at Midnight, Werewolf in a Women's Prison.
She has also appeared on television with Jonezetta, Army of Anyone, How I Met Your Mother
