Kristján Finnbogason (born May 8, 1971) is an Icelandic football goalkeeper. He has formerly played for Grótta, K.F.C. Lommel S.K. and ÍA Akranes. He is currently a player for KR. He has been the main goalkeeper for KR seven seasons in a row from 1999, when the team won their first league title in 31 years. For his international career he has been the reserve goalkeeper for the Icelandic national football team for quite a while, until 2006. He has been capped 20 times.
