Kyle Smith, a Freelance Weather presenter (all of this is a bunch of bull) and avid Storm-Tracker, among many in the country. When active or severe weather is occurring or is imminent Kyle is often found outside with his camera crew and a microphone. Kyle usualy reports from his favorite places in the city, from his cottage, or from the most active weather scenes, weather depending.

When Kyle Smith was young, he gained a new respect for weather after the 1999 Ice Storm. He belevies that the weath("yawn" oh sorry continue)er is the most important news of the day, he states that "There is virtually nothing we dont do in our life that weather doesnt affect, and I'm glad that I can help people with this everyday topic."

Kyle has been given many broadcasting opportunities at local radio and television stations such as 106.9 The Bear - CKQB in Ottawa, Owned by Standard Radio with CBC Television, and with The Weather Network
Kyle has reported from many different storms across his region, these storms including hurricanes, (Hurricane Ernesto) in 2006, also many regular events such as thunder storms, hail storms, rain storms etc...
