Lady Elizabeth Edith "Betty" Balfour, neƩ Bulwer-Lytton (b. 12 June 1867 - d. 28 March 1942) was a daughter of Edward Robert Bulwer-Lytton, 1st Earl of Lytton (b. 8 November 1831 - d. 24 November 1891) and Edith Villiers (b. 18?? - d. 17 September 1936).
Lady Betty Balfour married Gerald William Balfour, 2nd Earl of Balfour, a son of James Maitland Balfour and Lady Blanche Mary Harriet Gascoyne-Cecil, on 21 December 1887.
As a result of her marriage, Lady Elizabeth Edith Balfour was styled as Countess of Balfour from 19 March 1930 until her death in 1942.
