Lakewood Crossing

Lakewood Crossing is a 476,000 square foot retail complex in the North Lakewood neighborhood of northern Marysville, Washington, constructed by Powell Development. It opened in September 2006 with the opening of its first tenant, Costco. As of January 2007, two tenants have opened stores and many more plan to open stores in the complex.
It is located at Exit 206 (SR 531/172nd St. NE) off Interstate 5, south of 172nd St. NE. It is the biggest mall in North Snohomish County. Lakewood Crossing currently has three stores open: Costco and Costco Gas, Red Robin, and Target.
