Lancaster New Era is the third-largest circulation published newspaper in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. An afternoon newspaper, the Lancaster New Era serves the Lancaster County, Pennsylvania area and is Pennsylvania's largest-circulation and most-honored newspaper in the rapidly declining afternoon newspaper market.
It is owned by Lancaster Newspapers Inc. along with its sister publications, Lancaster Intelligencer Journal and Sunday News. Lancaster Newspapers Inc. also maintains an online news site, LancasterOnline[1].
New Era generally takes a right wing editorial stance; its editorial pages carry columns by Robert Novak, Michelle Malkin, and other well-known right-wing pundits.
