Lanigan is a community in Saskatchewan, Canada. It is famous for the Potash Corp, the largest potash mine in Saskatchewan.

- Hockey player Bobby Baun was born in Lanigan. He is noted for scoring overtime winner for Toronto in 1964 playoffs against Detroit, while playing with a fractured ankle.
- Wade Brookbank of the Boston Bruins, and younger brother Sheldon of the Nashville Predators were also born in Lanigan.
- Brian Propp, a famous ice hockey player was born in Lanigan.
- Lanigan is also the home town of the band Age of Electric
