Lech Gardocki (born April 13, 1944 in Rydzewo, Poland), lawyer and judge, since October 17, 1998 Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Poland.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law in the Warsaw University in 1966.
On July 4, 1996 he was appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court. On October 17, 1998 president Aleksander Kwaśniewski appointed him as the First President of this court. After his first term, he was appointed again (until October 18, 2010).
