Les Rowland is responsible within BABT for the allocation of IMEI numbers for use in GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / 3GPP2 WCDMA terminals.

Manufacturers of GSM 900 / GSM 1800 / 3GPP2 WCDMA terminals may apply for IMEI allocations through the BABT web page at the BABT IMEI allocation web page.
