This is not, however, the "Libertatis Æquilibritas" created by Per Bylund. This is apparently a new version created for release under the GFDL. Dick Clark 14:51, 24 May 2006 (UTC)

This file has been superseded by Image:Libertatis Aequilibritas GFDL.svg.

It is recommended that the other file be used.
Reason: A vector version of this file is now available.
