Liberty Aerospace
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Liberty Aerospace is a manufacturer of general aviation aircraft based in Melbourne, Florida.
The company produces one model, the Liberty XL2, an advanced two-seat touring aircraft based on the British-designed Europa homebuilt (which has been sold back to a separate management team). The type received FAA production certification in the Spring of 2006, and Liberty has already received its first order from a Montana-based aircraft-leasing company. Sales have also been launched in the European market.
