Life on a Plate is the Swedish punk group Millencolin's second album, released on October 11, 1995. It was later released in the United States by Epitaph Records in 1996. Going straight to the fourth position on the Swedish charts upon release, it attained status as a gold album in 2002 after selling over 50,000 copies in Sweden. In addition, the album artwork, done by band member Erik Ohlsson, won the "Album Cover of the Year" (1995) award from Slitz, a Swedish magazine.

[edit] Track notes
- "Vulcan Ears" references the pointy-eared Vulcans from Star Trek.
- "Dr. Jackal & Mr. Hide" plays on the title of the book The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde.
- "Ace Frehley" is a 5 second track of unintelligible words, included because the band was superstitious about having 13 tracks on the record (Although their later CD Home from Home does have 13 tracks). Ace Frehley plays lead guitar for the rock band KISS.
