Lisa Dean Ryan (born April 30, 1972) is an American actress.
Played Wanda Plenn, Doogie's girlfriend, in Doogie Howser, M.D. Shortly after she played Jessica Cohen on the short lived series Class of '96. She also played date rape victim in season 1 of Beverly Hills, 90210, in which her character calls a teen "rap line" and wishes to remain anonymous, due to the details she gives, it is figured out that the caller is a student at West Beverly High School. And, has since guest stared on current hit shows such as CSI Miami and NYPD Blue.
