| Dr. Boynton creates Astroboy in the image of his recently deceased son, Toby, and attempts to raise him as his son and even names him "Toby" after his son. He attempts to teach him how to live as a normal human would, despite his robotic traits. However, he is unable to adapt as well as Dr. Boynton hoped. | |||
| 2 | "Robot Circus" | ||
| After being separated from Dr. Boynton while on the run from the Ministy of Science, "Toby" gets picked up by the ringmaster of a robot circus. While working at the circus, the new Minister of Science, Dr. Elefun, spots "Toby" as Dr. Boynton's creation and attempts to have him released into his custody. Unfortunately, "Toby" had signed a contract binding him to the circus. With the help of a friend, "Toby" gets out of the contract and Dr. Elefun and him return to their country together. Before leaving, "Toby" receives his new name, Astroboy. | |||
| 3 | "Save the Classmate!" | ||
| Dr. Elefun enrolls Astroboy into a school with his friend, Daddy Walrus. Astro is persecuted for being a robot by some of his classmates, while making friends with others. When the bullies sneak into an uncompleted park and the roller coaster they're on malfunctions, it is up to Astroboy to attempt a rescue. | |||
| 4 | "Atlas Lives Again" | ||
| Skunk and his crew of gangster and pillaging the town and are almost captured by the police. However, a strange robot appears and helps them escape. Astroboy investigates the mysterious robot to discover that the robot is in fact Atlas, his brother. | |||
| 5 | "Robot Land" | ||
| A robot if the form of a swan appears before Astroboy, and while his family attempts to puzzle it out, the robot transforms from a swan into a princess. She tells them that she is from Robot Land, an amusement park of robots where all the robots are being treated cruelly. She entreats Astroboy for his help but not before she is captured by another robot from the amusement park. Astro and Dr. Elefun head to Robot to try and identify the true nature of the park and determine if robots are truly being mistreated. | |||
| 6 | "Frankenstein" | ||
| A robot almost at it's completion is accidentally activated by an electric storm and begins to run amok. The robot, is discovered by Skunk and his gang of criminals and they enlist the "Frankenstein" robot's help to rob stores and banks. The Frankenstein robot, being incomplete, blindly obeyed Skunk's orders but with Astro's help, learns that what he was doing was wrong. | |||
| 7 | "The Red Cat" | ||
| The animals of the area are behaving strangely, attacking people and damaging the city. The overwhelming belief is that the animal's strange behaviour is the result of the demolition of a nearby park, which had been rezoned for corporate purposes. This is only reaffirmed why a red cat, similar in appearance to the cat of a recently deceased scientist, appears and warns them that destruction of the park will bring about grave consequences. | |||

| Astro Boy is sent to the desert to investigate the mysterious drought that has been plaguing the area. He soon discovers that Atlas was the root of the problem, using the water to fuel his Crystal Palace. Once again he attempts to convice Astro to join him in world domination. | |||
| 9 | "The White Planet" | ||
| Skunk sabotages the White Planet in a fiery explosion, the top competitor in a round the world race. After the sabotage, Dr. Elefun and Astro help the team to rebuild the White Planet, but are in need electronic brain to replace the damaged one. | |||
| 10 | "The Robot President" | ||
| Astro is invited to a country where a robot is to be inaugurated as President. However, an opposing group of humans known as the Dead Cross Party is willing to go to any lengths to prevent his presidency. While Astro is distracted by an attacking robot, the incumbent president is kidnapped and brainwashed to fall under their control. | |||
| 11 | "Goliath's Head" | ||
| A robot named Goliath, used to develop Mars, crashes into Earth. His head, carrying a dangerous proton gun, is stolen by skunk. Goliath's drive to find his head causes mayhem and destruction is his wake. | |||

| During Christmas, a robot exhibit is held to display some of the best robots. The Light-Ray robot, having the capability to become completely invisible, is stolen by Skunk in order to steal. Quickly, the robot is seen as a threat and is ordered destroyed, while Astro hurries to try and save it. | |||

| While on tour at a movie studio, Uran discovers that the stunts pulled by a famous actor, were in fact done by a miniture robot stunt double. While the actor received all the credits for the stunts, the robot was always locked away when not in use. Uran, angered by the injustice of it, makes a mad dash with the stunt double. | |||

| In order to be able to fight other robots in the Robot Arena and avoid detection by her family, Uran has herself split into two then duplicated. However, unbeknownst to Uran, splitting herself into two also had the affect of halving her powers. When the Uran in the Robot arena gets beaten upon, the Uran at school confesses to Astro the situation and begs him to help her other half. | |||
