List of Mexican autopistas

This is a list of autopistas, or intercity limited access freeways and toll roads, in Mexico. It is not the same as the List of Mexican Federal Highways, many federal highway numbers cover more than one autopista, other federal highways do not have limited access sections. Normally, Mexican federal highways that are on toll (cuota) roads have the number suffix "D", eg Mex 45 = free, libre, Mex 45D, toll, cuota. Most autopistas have a toll over all or part of their length. A few autopistas in very mountainous areas are 2 lane.
The Mexican Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes operates an automated web-based system (in Spanish, however the important words are English cognates) to calculate distances and tolls over the autopista network.
Terminology:
- Cd = ciudad, city
- Ent = entronque, junction
- Libremiento = bypass highway
- Noreste = northeast
- Oriente = east
- Poniente = west
- Aeropuerto = airport
