OK, sorry for the melodrama, but someone just added Felix to this list. He's a video game character from a Role-playing game. Quite literally everyone (or more often, everyone but the party berserker) in most RPGs can heal. How do we deal with this? --tjstrf talk 23:46, 31 March 2007 (UTC)
- hrm... I wasn't aware of that quirk. I had assumed that since he was in the cat that he and Issac were odd in the game as they could heal other characters. Sort of the old-style AD&D parties: Fighter=Kill it; Mage=Blow it up; Thief=Steal it; Priest=Heal it. If it's a skill all the playable characters have the skill, strip them out. I'd note why here on the talk page and also make sure the character's article (or character list in this case) doesn't link back to this list. — J Greb 00:18, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
- In Golden Sun it's not an issue of who can heal so much as it is an issue of to what extent, but several other characters in that list might merit inclusion because they specialize in it. I've added a note at the top saying not to add non-clerics, which will hopefully help.
- We also have the issue of the reality warpers and time reversers. Should they go here as well, and if not is it worth directing people to the other lists at the top of the page? --tjstrf talk 01:22, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
- I noticed that being mentioned in some of the edit summaries. It may be there is a need for a general disclaimer in the lead to the extent of "Characters who do this as side effect of manipulating time or warping reality should not be included in this list." And since it's a list, it would be easier to yank stuff. - J Greb 01:29, 1 April 2007 (UTC)
