Live It Out is the sophomore album released by Metric, a Canadian indie rock band. This album was chosen as one of Amazon.com's Top 100 Editor's Picks of 2005. There are three music videos released from this album so far.
- "Monster Hospital"
- "Poster of a Girl"
- "Empty"
"Monster Hospital" was the first official single released from the album and has been remixed by MSTRKRFT on the Monster Hospital single. "Poster of a Girl" was the second release followed by, "Handshakes", a radio promo released in Canada. The next international single and video released is Empty (released February 12th, 2007).
The album was shortlisted for the inaugural Polaris Music Prize in 2006.
