"Livin' in the Fridge" is a song by "Weird Al" Yankovic. It is a parody of "Livin' on the Edge" by Aerosmith, and is mainly a cautionary tale about expired food gaining sentience.
During the chorus the word "dysentery" can be heard being repeated in the background.
[edit] Music video
There is no full-length music video for this song, though a shortened music video segment was shown as part of The Weird Al Show.
- The beginning shows a shot of an almost-naked Yankovic holding a zipper by his heart-covered boxers with half his body painted black (to give the effect he pulled down a zipper, unzipping his body).
- The next scene shows Yankovic and Jim West dancing in a giant tiled room.
- The following scene shows a glowing fridge covered in mist, which Yankovic subseuqently opens to reveal a beating/breathing mass of moldy food.
