"Living to Love you" is a Pop/Soul ballad performed by German pop star Sarah Connor that sampled Celine Dion's "My Heart Will Go On". It was the first single from her 4th album "Naughty but Nice".
In early 2004 after the birth of her son Tyler and hitting #1 for the second time with "Just One Last Dance" Sarah went on a baby break. She returned that summer with a TV series Sarah and Marc in Love. She returned to music with 'Living to love you' a ballad which she dedicated to 'her 2 boys' her son Tyler and her husband Marc Terenzi. The chorus contained the same melody (yet different lyrics) as "My Heart Will Go On". The song is usually considered a partner to Marc's song 'Love to be loved by you'
'Living to Love you' was quite successful becoming Sarah's 4th #1 single (ironically all 4 ballads). She was the first German artist to accomplish this since Modern Talking in the mid 80s (who holds the record with 5 consecutive singles; Sarah tied with 5 #1s with "From Zero to Hero"). 'Living to love you' was the 39th best-selling single in 2004 and the 35th best-selling single in 2005.
