wikiquette / harmonious editing / civil notes:
1. don't hijack others' actions: "read this" (use "see this") or "do this" (suggest other editors could do it)
2. don't blackmail: "do this or i will do this" -- instead, say a) we should do this; if that doesn't work, plan B is this
3. don't see "if you" ... which necessarily implies that the other person failed to do something or did do something. example: "if you had read WP:CIVIL" ... "if you read the article, it is unclear in two places." Implies the person hasn't read the article. Instead, say, "The article is unclear in two places."
