Lubby Nugget
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Lubby Nugget were a ska-punk band from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (UK). They were signed to Moon Ska Europe records and released the album 'Subtle Crucial' in 2000 followed by a split E.P., entitled 'Big Up Clash' with label mates Shootin' Goon in 2001.
The band toured the UK numerous times, before and after the release of Subtle Crucial and also were part of a Moon Ska tour through Germany (September 2001) along with Shootin' Goon and Mixtwitch all driven along nicely by legendary driver 'Barney'.
The band broke up sometime in 2002 after a lot of in-band arguing.
