Lufthansa Systems AG is one of the world’s leading IT service providers for the airline and aviation industry. It has around 4,550 employees in several locations in Germany and offices in 17 countries and is headquartered in Kelsterbach near Frankfurt.
Its portfolio addresses all airline business processes and includes services for passenger and cargo handling, flight operations, and aircraft maintenance and repair. As a system integrator with one of the most state-of-the-art data centers in Europe, Lufthansa Systems covers the entire spectrum of IT services including consulting, application development and implementation, and reliable 24-hour operation.

Lufthansa Systems grew out of the IT department of Lufthansa, which was hived off into a stand-alone company in 1995. Despite the company's origin it does not only provide services in the aviation sector, but all kinds of IT services from infrastructure to application development and consulting.
