Lyubov Sergeyevna Zabolotskaya (Russian: Любо́вь Серге́евна Заболо́тская) is a former Soviet cross country skier who competed during the early 1980s, being a member of the USSR Team between 1978 and 1985. She won a silver medal in the 4x5 km at the 1982 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Oslo. Since 1986 she worked at the chair of physical training of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
