M1NT
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
M1NT is a private members club in Knightsbridge, London, collectively owned by Alistair Paton and shareholders. It opened with a fanfare of publicity about letting members invest in the club and shares in the profits. Despite recently announcing a 32% return to shareholders and a star-studded guestlist including Elizabeth Hurley and Val Kilmer, on 12 July it was announced that it was closed due to a dispute with its landlord Ramsay Holdings (owned by television chef Gordon Ramsay).
M1NT London has now relocated to 57 Jermyn Street in St. James's and officially opened on September 20, 2006.
The second M1NT club located at 108 Hollywood Road, SoHo, Hong Kong is scheduled to open November 2006 and features an art gallery on the ground floor.
