Machete is the name of three fictional characters in the Marvel Comics Universe.

The first known Machete was Ferdinand Lopez, a member of Batroc's Brigade and Doom's Brigade. He was also a former revolutionary of San Diablo in South America. He became a mercenary to finance a revolution but was reportedly killed by Zeitgeist (Ekler). He first appeared in Captain America #302.

The second Machete first appeared in Elektra #7. He was inadvertently killed by Kali Vries while being brought in by S.T.A.R.S. in USAgent v2, #1.

The third Machete is the brother of the first Machete.
During the Civil War event, he was captured by Baron Zemo's Thunderbolts and forced to join them or face jail time.
