Mahmood Khan Achakzai

Mahmood Khan Achakzai is a local political leader in Balochistan, Pakistan. He is Son of Abdul samad Achakzai who died in a bomb Blast during Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto regime. He has been clected MNA thrice from Balochistan.His party supports pashtoonistan movement.His does not call NWFP as sarhad but they call it Pashtoonkhwa.Their pashtoonhwa is not restricred only to NWFP like that of ANP according to his party pashtoonkhwa means land of afghans or pashtoons so all pashtoon areas such as Northern balochistan, NWFP, FATA, Mianwali and Attock areas that were severed from NWFP and given to Punjab by the Britishers in 1901. Achakzai's father samad achakzai remained behind bars for about 3 decades for pashtoons rights.He was killed in mysterious bomb blast during the Governor ship of Akbar bugti. Achakzai remained in self styled exile in 80s. He has bitter enmity with an other branch of achakzai tribe called ghabizai that is why he is escorted by his numerous fierce body guards.
