Thanks for the map. First I don't think Pearl River Delta (now actually marked on the estuary) is relevant. Second, Matsu and Quemoy are not the only islands across the strait administered by the ROC. Wuchiu, Jyuguang, Dongyin, etc., are not marked (cf. Image:Taiwan Strait.png and list of islands of the Republic of China). Third, Hainan Island should not be marked, since with the colour it's already demonstrated it's part of mainland China. Having it marked is confusing. — Instantnood 20:22, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- I don't see your point re Quemoy/Matsu. It is island groups and counties, not specific islands that are being named.--Jiang 04:41, 27 March 2006 (UTC)

- Well Wuchiu does not belong to the Quemoy islands, and it was not part of the Kinmen County. Likewise, Jyuguang and Dongyin are not part of the Matsu Islands, and were not part of Lienchiang County. I agree it may not be necessary to have their names included, but they've to be coloured and demarcated with dotted lines like Quemoy and Matsu. — Instantnood 06:24, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
