Mansfield 103.2 FM is an Independent Local Radio station, started by Mansfield & Ashfield Broadcasting Co Ltd. It is based at the Brunts Business Centre on Samuel Brunts Way in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Mansfield 103.2 is owned by Murfin Music which is not well known in the area.
Jo Bevan presents the weekday breakfast show from 6 - 10am. Norman Cox hosts the mid morning show 10 till 2pm and Ian Watkins drives everyone home 2 - 6pm. Every Wednesday there is an hour-long police-related programme called the Cop Slot, hosted by DC Annie Wallace a policewoman, during which the only records you will hear are criminal ones. From 6 - 8am on Sundays, a vicar, Reverand David Fudger hosts 'Morning Song'. The Station's Managing Director is Tony Delahunty.
The FM signal comes from the Fishponds Hill transmitter between Sutton-in-Ashfield and Mansfield.
Sport
Each Saturday in the football/soccer season, the station features live away match day commentary of the local team Mansfield Town F.C.. With updates from Chesterfield F.C. Derby County, Nottingham Forest, Notts County, South Normanton Athletic F.C., Glapwell F.C., Shirebrook Town F.C. and Sutton Town F.C..
