MMKER, an AV-Rated Firm, is consistently listed as one of the top 20 law firms in Los Angeles and has been singled out as one of the fastest growing firms in the State.
Two attorneys have received the State Bar's award for "California Lawyer of the Year." Three former attorneys have been elevated to the bench. Many attorneys publish articles and contribute to legal treatises by the Continuing Education of the Bar.
Founding Partner John Marder handled the entertainment case, Grosso v. Miramax, which revolutionized the area of entertainment law and which has been widely reported in major metropolitan newspapers.
Founding Partner Dennis Kass has received a $8.2 million verdict, and pioneered the law regarding, Whistleblower Actions.
Founding Partner Tony Ellrod, a Fifth Degree Blackbelt, received a $22.5 million jury verdict in a Breach of Contract Case.
Founding Partner Eugene Ramirez was a commentator for K-CAL, Channel 9 News during the "O.J. Simpson Trial." He appears regularly on television as a legal commentator.
