Maoz

Maoz is a chain of falafel restaurants founded by Amsterdam-based Israelis. The first restaurant opened in 1991 on the Reguliersbreestraat. Now, Maoz has many stores throughout the Netherlands as well as locations in New York City, Paris, Frankfurt, Barcelona, Madrid, London and Philadelphia.
Maoz originally only sold falafel, but the menu has since been expanded to include pommes frites (belgian-style french fries). The restaurants are still exclusively vegetarian and offer many vegan options.
