Marianne (magazine)

Marianne (ISSN 1275-7500) is a weekly Paris-based French magazine created in 1997 by Jean-François Kahn. The main shareholder of the company is Robert Assaraf with 49,4% of the shares [1].
The magazine is founded against Pensée unique ground. It defines itself as a republican and centrist revolutionary magazine supporting liberalism. It claims a diffusion reaching 300.000 copies per week.
