Mark Beevers is an English football defender who currently plays for Sheffield Wednesday. Although an Academy player he was called up to the senior squad for the FA Cup tie with Manchester City during the 2006-07 season, after impressing for the reserve team. He made his senior debut against Southampton on 31st January 2007 where Sheffield Wednesday lost 2-1 but Beevers managed to put in a solid performance.
