Mark Roysten Gregory Loram (born January 10, 1971 in Malta) is a British motorcycle speedway rider. He is a former Speedway World Champion.

In 1999 Mark became the first rider in Speedway Grand Prix history to win a GP whilst being entered as a wild card, a feat only repeated twice since (as at the end of the 2006 season). He became World Champion in 2000 despite not winning any grands prix in that season, however being the only rider to reach the semi-finals in all 6 races was enough to secure his first and only world title.
