Martin O'Connor (footballer)

Martin O'Connor (born 12th October, 1967) is the current manager of non-league side Halesowen Town.
Born in Walsall in 1967, Martin started his career at Bromsgrove Rovers in the early 1990's. He went on to play for Crystal Palace, Walsall (3 times), Peterborough United, Birmingham City, Shrewsbury Town and Kidderminster Harriers. He was also called up to the Cayman Islands national football team. He is the current manager at Halesowen Town who play in the Southern League Premier Division.
In 2001, O'Connor represented Birmingham City in the League Cup Final against Liverpool, which Birmingham lost in a penalty shootout.
